After 54 years working in industry, I am increasingly troubled by questions for which I can find no satisfactory answer. I am opening up this blog in order to share these questions and invite answers.
The questions will be progressively extended and cover any aspect of industrial safety including process safety and transportation safety. In order to control the scope , the blog will not include personal safety questions.
The questions can vary from deeply technical to philosophical. There is no particular order or classification to the questions.
Answers are invited from all concerned individuals. It is certainly hoped that some responses will come from professional organisations and / or commercial enterprises supported by technical work. Equally answers are invited from concerned individuals who have an opinion to share.
